In most circumstances, information submitted through our websites, advertisements, forms, landing pages, telephone calls, or other communication channels is collected for the purpose of connecting individuals with healthcare-related service providers.

Depending on the nature of the services being provided and our contractual relationship with participating healthcare organizations, Vertical Group may act as a service provider, business associate, or marketing vendor.
