Vertical Group helps residential board & care homes acquire qualified placement inquiries from families actively searching for long-term residential care solutions for their loved ones. Many of these families are facing time-sensitive care decisions and are seeking trusted providers that can meet their loved one's unique care, supervision, and support needs.
Our performance-based client acquisition program is specifically designed to connect participating Residential Board & Care Homes (RBCH) with high-intent families seeking immediate placement options, ongoing residential support, post-hospital recovery care, memory care services, and safe, nurturing living environments for seniors and other individuals requiring assistance.
Through real-time lead delivery, geographic targeting, and exclusive lead distribution, participating operators gain access to a scalable and predictable pipeline of qualified placement opportunities without the inefficiencies of traditional advertising, costly agency retainers, or shared lead networks. This allows providers to focus on serving prospective residents and their families while maintaining a consistent flow of new placement opportunities.
Families need help fast.
Most RBCH operators struggle to reach them.
The Problem
When families urgently search for care options for a loved one, speed matters.
Most residential care operators rely on:
> Referrals
> Inconsistent & Expensive Marketing
> Low-quality / Shared Leads
Vertical Group solves this problem through a performance-based client acquisition system designed specifically for Residential Board & Care Homes. Our program connects participating operators with families actively searching for assisted living, memory care, post-hospital recovery, and long-term residential care solutions for their loved ones. By leveraging targeted outreach, real-time lead delivery, geographic targeting, and exclusive lead distribution, we help care providers generate consistent, high-intent placement opportunities while reducing dependence on referrals, expensive marketing campaigns, and low-quality shared leads.
We connect participating operators with families actively searching for residential board & care homes.
Vertical Group utilizes a multi-channel digital acquisition strategy to generate high-intent placement inquiries from families actively searching for senior care solutions. This includes targeted search marketing, localized digital advertising, strategic landing pages, call-driven campaigns, and optimized outreach initiatives designed to engage individuals seeking immediate residential care options. Once a prospective inquiry is generated, our system evaluates the lead against predefined qualification standards before distributing it in real-time to participating operators within the appropriate geographic market. Lead distribution is managed based on program participation level, territory availability, service compatibility, and exclusivity parameters to ensure participating providers receive relevant and actionable placement opportunities.

Four Easy Steps to Start Receiving New Patients with Our Program…
Complete the participation application and select your preferred lead volume tier. This simple application process helps us determine whether your facility is a good fit for the program while allowing us to better understand your service, occupancy goals, and client acquisition needs. Our review process helps ensure that participating providers meet program requirements and are positioned to maximize the value of the qualified placement opportunities we deliver.
Step #1: Apply for Participation in Our Program
Step #2: Approval & Onboarding
Once approved, participants will be required to execute a participation agreement outlining the terms of the program and deposit a designated initial pre-fund amount based on their selected participation tier. Participants must also provide a valid credit card to be maintained on file for future lead distribution charges. Upon completion of the onboarding process and receipt of the required funding, service will be activated and qualified lead delivery can begin.
Qualified leads are delivered in real-time directly to your facility, home office, or other designated contact location, allowing your team to engage with prospective residents and their families while interest and intent are at their highest. Each lead is screened against predefined qualification criteria before distribution, helping ensure that participating providers receive relevant placement opportunities from individuals actively seeking residential care solutions. This enables faster follow-up, improved occupancy potential, and a more predictable flow of new resident inquiries.
Step #3: Receive Qualified Leads
To initiate participation, each approved client is required to deposit an initial pre-fund amount into a dedicated client wallet and maintain a valid credit card on file. As qualified leads are delivered, the wallet balance is reduced by the applicable per-lead fee associated with the participant's selected tier.
The initial pre-fund demonstrates a participant's commitment to the program and allows Vertical Group to immediately begin generating and delivering qualified placement opportunities without billing delays. It also enables us to better plan and negotiate advertising expenditures, optimize campaign performance, and maintain a consistent flow of qualified inquiries.
The pre-funded wallet provides a simple and transparent billing process by automatically applying lead charges against the available balance as leads are delivered. Once the wallet balance is exhausted, the participant's credit card on file will be automatically charged the applicable per-lead amount for future qualified leads, ensuring uninterrupted participation and lead delivery.
The pre-fund is not an additional fee. It is an advance payment that is fully applied toward the cost of qualified leads delivered under the participant's selected program tier
Step #4: Initial Wallet Funding & Ongoing Lead Distribution Payments
What Is a Qualified Client Acquisition Lead?
A qualified client acquisition lead is a prospective resident, family member, legal guardian, caregiver, healthcare professional, discharge planner, or other authorized representative who has expressed a genuine interest in obtaining information about, touring, evaluating, or securing residential care services and who satisfies the program's minimum qualification standards.
To be considered a Qualified Lead, the inquiry must generally meet the following criteria:
What’s a Lead?
✔Provide a valid first and last name
✔ Provide a valid telephone number
✔ Express a genuine interest in residential board & care
✔ Be seeking services within the participant's geographic area of coverage
✔ Submit information voluntarily through an approved marketing channel
✔ Be reasonably reachable using the contact information provided
✔ Not be identified as spam, fraudulent, otherwise invalid
A lead may be generated by the prospective resident directly or by a family member, caregiver, legal representative, healthcare professional, hospital discharge planner, social worker, or other individual acting on behalf of the person seeking care.
The following inquiries generally DO NOT constitute qualified leads. This includes:
X Duplicate submissions previously delivered to the same participant
X Incomplete submissions lacking sufficient contact information
X Invalid, disconnected, or non-working telephone numbers
X Fraudulent, fictitious, automated, or spam submissions
X Inquiries that are clearly unrelated to residential care services
X Inquiries that are clearly unrelated to residential care services
X Employment inquiries, vendor solicitations, marketing solicitations, or sales calls
X Requests originating outside the participant's approved service area
X Individuals who expressly indicate they are not seeking residential care services
Vertical Group reserves the right to apply additional qualification standards, validation procedures, and quality-control measures as necessary to maintain lead integrity and program effectiveness. Final lead qualification determinations shall be made in accordance with the program's Lead Qualification Standards and Participation Agreement.
Why RCBH Operators Choose Vertical Group
Program Benefits
Receive qualified inquiries in real time when families are actively searching for care solutions for their loved ones. By connecting with prospective residents and decision-makers at the moment they are evaluating care options, your team can respond more quickly, engage prospects while interest is highest, and improve the likelihood of converting inquiries into tours, assessments, and resident placements.
✔ Real-Time Delivery
Your leads are not distributed to competing operators. Each qualified inquiry is delivered exclusively to the designated program participant, helping ensure that you are not competing with multiple facilities for the same prospective resident. This exclusive distribution model allows your team to engage with families directly, improve follow-up effectiveness, and increases the likelihood of converting inquiries into resident placements. By eliminating shared lead competition, participants benefit from higher-quality opportunities and a more predictable client acquisition process.
✔ No Shared Leads
Participate in specific service areas and territories that align with your facility's operating footprint and admission objectives. Our geographic targeting capabilities allow campaigns to focus on the cities, counties, ZIP codes, and regional markets you wish to serve, helping ensure that lead inquiries originate from areas relevant to your organization. This targeted approach improves lead quality, reduces wasted opportunities, and enables more efficient allocation of marketing resources while supporting your occupancy and growth goals.
✔ Geographic Targeting
✔ Pay-Per-Lead Pricing
Unlike traditional marketing programs that charge fixed monthly fees regardless of performance, Vertical Group's performance-based model is designed to align our success with yours. Participants are charged only for qualified leads that satisfy the program's predefined qualification standards and are successfully delivered through our lead distribution system. This approach provides greater transparency, accountability, and cost predictability while helping ensure that your marketing investment is directly tied to measurable client acquisition opportunities. Rather than paying for impressions, clicks, or other vanity metrics, you are investing in real inquiries from individuals actively seeking residential care services.
Scale occupancy with a consistent and measurable flow of qualified placement inquiries. Rather than relying solely on referrals, word-of-mouth, or unpredictable marketing efforts, Vertical Group provides participating operators with access to a steady pipeline of high-intent prospects actively seeking residential care solutions. By delivering qualified leads in real-time and tracking lead volume over time, facilities can better forecast admissions, improve occupancy planning, and create a more predictable path to sustained growth and revenue.
✔ Predictable Occupancy
Traditional marketing agencies often require expensive long-term contracts, monthly retainers, and unclear fee structures. Vertical Group operates on a transparent performance-based model. Participants pay for qualified leads delivered rather than speculative marketing activities or vague promises of future results. There are no bloated agency retainers, hidden charges, or complex billing arrangements to navigate. This approach provides greater accountability, predictable acquisition costs, and a clearer return on investment, allowing care providers to focus their resources on serving residents and growing occupancy rather than funding costly marketing programs with uncertain outcomes.
